what should i do?

i have a crate 305tpi and i was wondering what i should do first, performance wise. i dont know much about the in depth engine performance...i just know the basics like exhaust stuff and msd and all that jazz but everything else im oblivious. what should i start with. if anyone could please help me out that would be fantastic. thanks

Is the engine sitting outside the car or is it already in the car? If its still outside the car, I say go the tough stuff that's hard to do while the engine is in the car. Like heads, cam...etc. If you are planning on doing that stuff later, I would say do it now while access is easy. Maybe bolt up some longtube headers to save knuckles later.

Start off with the basic mods like headers, catback, air foil, performance runners , Ignition upgrades, cai and then move on to the bigger mods like cam and heads. This way those mods act as supporting mods increasing the amount of performance increase you will get from things like a cam and performace port job or aftermarket heads.

ok cool so i'll do all that stuff first then i'll ask again...probably in like...a month or 2...all that stuff is expensive lol...exhaust comin in a week or 2 though...any suggestions? i get alot of mixed feelings between magnaflow and flowmaster so i wanna set the record straight here. i alread have my heard set on a dynatech cat though
