2003 Montana Front Brakes

Hi, ready to do the front brake pads on the Montana and I was wondering if i would need any special tools or any tricks to it. Also, would you recommend machining the current rotor's or buying new ones.
Thanks in advance

I just replaced the rotors on my Montana 2000 yesterday, and you don't need any special tools to replace the front brakes. The nuts should ideally be torqued though. The only tricky part when replacing the new pads is that the caliper piston will have to be pushed in so a large C clamp would be useful, although I got by using two levers and a flat piece of metal. Watch out for the brake fluid level in the reservoir, which is going to rise when you do this.
