Steering Wheel Wanted!

Either a new Steering Wheel, or some place that restore's steering wheels.

Mine is cracked and is missing chunks on the outer rim. The inner area is still in good shape. Also has the fake wood trim in the center of the rim.

I did find two places that restore steering wheeels but wanted $500.00 to do the job. Is there any place else that is cheaper. I do not want to perform this job myself, so do not suggest the POR-15 method please.

Please reply back.

Just about any GM wheel from the mid-60's up to the early 90's (with airbags) have the same mounting hardware...you just have to find a wheel that has the horn contacts and will look allright with the rest of your interior.

Are we talking a correct restoration here or just a daily driver? If it is just a daily driver, why not just find any wheel that fits?
