2001 Sunfire ABS problem

Hello,

I have noticed lately that when I am driving slow, through a parking lot the ABS 'sound' comes on for a couple of secs. Sometimes under very light braking and sometimes my foot is not on the brake at all. After a few times the ABS, TRAC and Service lights will come on. Sorry do not know what the codes would be. I had the front hubs replaced months ago and the front brakes a week ago. Was doing this before the front brakes were replaced. Any ideas ???

Homerr

Re: 2001 Sunfire ABS problem

u have to take off the wheel. it will be a 2 wire plug. u cant miss it or confuse it with another because it is the only plug there. Unhook it and check for dirt, clean it if you have to. Also check the sensor itself to see if it is dirty.
