Then Few Days Later Got Stuck On Highway A Little Smoke From Under Car Then Had Towed. Now I Discovered Hose On Top Of Radiator Came Disconnected.Filled Back Up With Water .Engine Cranks But Won't Turn Over. Battery not giving enough voltage because tried started few times???Please Help Anybody With Your Feedback. Thank You So Much!!!!

Re: Olds Silhouette 1995 3.8 Litre Won't Start

well,

hmm

If the engine was out of coolant and you were driving it...means your engine heated up and ruined all the clearances that make the engine an engine. The battery is not low (unless you checked it) what happens is because the clearances are wapred the battery/starter cant turn over the engine anymore. The knocking you heard could be the engine going bad because it didnt have much coolant in it for the last few times you drove it.

Keep me informed. I'd like to know whats going on...
