Rough Running

Would your car sound like its running on 2 or 3 cylinders if you have a blown head gasket??? because my car is running rough as hell and its getting antifreeze in the oil and im wondering if thats causing it... If now why is it running rough when its getting fire to all 4 cylinders and its a new distributor system, wires and NGK plugs....
