help on broken turn signal lever 77 corvette

How do you remove the broken peice so you can replace with a new one? It's broke off way down. I can grab end with needle nose pliers.

Do you mean your turn signal "handle" .. if so at least on mine,, you would have to remove the steering wheel in parts down to the turn signal,, do-able but have a manuel to make sure it goes back together properly. hope that helps..
