I have a 1989 honda accord lx-i It is a 5 speed and I want to put a new engine in. What is a good engine to put in or will my a20 be ok I want to turbo my car eventually. I know that with my a20 the compression is 9:1. What should I do?

F20A is 90-93 Accord 2.0Si, 150 HP.

B20A is 86-89 Accord 2.0Si, and has 160 HP. This is your swap, since you already have PGM-FI.

Like I said to the other 3G Accord guy, you have the option of an original B18A motor, which was first in the 86 Accord GXL-S. You already have PGM-FI, but the B18A is carbed with 130 HP. On top of that, it is unrelated to the later B18A in the Integra, as is the B20A in these cars are unrelated to the Prelude B20A5, the CRV B20B, or B20Z.
