Yes, and good luck if you're going to do it yourself. I did as much of it myself as I could, but didn't have the "special tool" to fully tighten the tensioner pulley so I either had to redo the entire thing over again or take it to be done. Plus, if you can get the crankshaft sprocket off without turning it then you are a greater man than I. Luckily it was only like $300 for labor since I had all the parts. I can do that job in a little over an hour in my driveway with handtools, but then again I've also done it 10 times before

You don't use the special tool to tighten the pulley, just to put some predetermined about of tension on the belt before you tighten it. Just a wording issue I'm sure, but I wanted to clear that up.

I have never used special tools to do the tbelt job. I've posted my method in the past, which is a combination of the "RRE method," Tom Stangles notes in red in the VFAQ, and personal experience.

Not that anyone can or should do this job of course, but people with the right attitude, some mechanical inclination, and patience can pull it off, and even get good at it

Killer, why do you need ALL OEM belts? The only OEM belt that you really should get is the timing belt, all the rest don't matter where they come from. And a water pump from Vatozone, Napa, etc should do the trick, it's nothing really special. Go around one day and get prices for everything but the timing belt at some retail stores, and then go to the dealer and I bet you'll be surprised what the price difference is.
