2005 GC error codes?

I have a 2005 dodge grand caravan. Last night I went to the store, got back in the car turned it on.....I had no odometer, spedometor basically the instrument cluster wasn't working....also my AC wasn't working. This morning I turned on the car and it all works but the engine light is on. so here are the codes
U 0155
U 110C
U 0140

Any Ideas????

U 0155=lost communication with instrument panel cluster(IPC) Control Module
U 110C=not a valid code
U 0140=lost communication with body control module

Thank you for the reply. So that morning I had a broken sprinkler pouring water on the hood of my van. is it possible that wireing just got wet and now that it is dry all is good?

It's possible, but what's going to happen in a heavy rainstorm? Your van is still under warranty so you should report this to your dealer to get it on record and they will also clear the codes for you. It won't cost you anything so you have nothing to lose and much to gain.

Ditto to cbwilsha. Electronics and water don't mix. It may work just fine now but, chances are now that moisture has gotten on a contact somewhere corrosion will start to form and create future problems.

Doubt the dealer is going to do anything for you but, it's the logical first step. They don't like to try fixing anything unless the problem is active. If it happens again take it straight to the dealer.
