Help with tahoe 3/4 ton conversion

I have almost completed converting my 96 2door tahoe to 3/4 ton.
I have the 454/4l80 and 14 bolt rear in.
I have hit the wall on the front suspension.
I need to convert the front to 8 lug. The parts I have from the donor truck(96 suburban) will not fit. The upper control arms are too wide. I have not tried the spindles, but they look wrong too.
