oil change

just wanted to get some feedback, what kind of motor oil should i use when i change my oil? i have an 1996 r33 with 40,000 miles on it. and also tranny fluid?

RED LINE, lightweight, best stuff I have ever used.

Oil, I use AMSOIL, RED LINE, ROYAL PURPLE only 10-40 summer, 5-30 winter.

how many quarts should i use for tranny fluid, and also how many quarts of motor oil??
