Angry 4.3 oxegen sensors...

where is it? in the hayns book it says its on the left side manifold and they show a picture of where the manifold meets the y pipe but its not there on my 4.3 1989 s10blazer 4x4... please give the most detailed discription you can. thanks

Check in the Y pipe to.
Look for something that looks like a over grown spark plug.

thanx MT-2500 I found it right after where the y pipe meets...


to any of those who might be changing their oxegen sensor thats in the same place you might want to pull the connection up through the engine compartment and connect it that way then drop it back down and install it.

You are luckie on that one some of the newer one have up to 5 O2 sensors.
