03 Tahoe Memory/Radio Settings

2003 Tahoe LT with memory seats and factory XM/Bose radio--

A few things happen everytime my wife drives the Tahoe...

She uses memory setting #2 which presets the seats, mirrors, HVAC setpoint and radio station presets. She uses the keyless remote with the #2 on the back of it which turns everything to memory setting #2 when the unlock button is pressed.

1. Basically, the memory setting for #2 just doesn't remember anything. Usually it just pushes the driver seat all the way to the steering wheel when you select memory #2. The memory setting for #1 (me) works just fine.

2. When she's driving along (again with memory #2) the radio will suddenly just change stations or jump the volume way up. Sometimes it will randomly switch from playing a CD back to FM. I've never witnessed it and it hasn't done that with me, but she swears it does it all the time.

Has anyone heard of this kind of thing before?
