No, your main relay lies about 4-6" above that, its much more square.
http://www.integraxsi.orcon.net.nz/relay3.jpg And clips on vertically to the left wall of the car, almost directly behind the change holder.

That is your starter relay. Like Frodo said it's further up near the chassis wall next to the change tray...

Your gonna have fun trying to get at it. Try taking some screws off of the dash/change holder area so you have some room to move and get at the relay.

A few screws..I think I went overboard lol..but thats it right there on the left side..
