Question automotive paint thinner ship-able to Asia?

As the title said I'm looking for an online store that carries a good thinner (hopefully PPG) that CAN be shipped to Taiwan. Most automotive stores here do not carry paints or thinners... so... still searching.
One other thing is, I've seen those "touch-up" spray cans... Are the paints real automotive paints or are they just lacquer? Can they be decanted for AB use? Has anyone used this before?

Thanks,
Steve

How funny is that?!?! I've just been having this discussion (one hour ago) on my Polish forum
A colleague was telling us how he buys those small 15ml retouch paints, thins them with thinner (a VERY basic variety) and pumps them through his airbrush. He is very happy with the results. I will be trying this in the near future as it is a much more economical (for me) way of increaxing variety of colors and not having 6 million spray cans almost full.
I'm guestimating that 15ml, once thinned, will probably do 2 1/24 models.

You can count on it! Expect smthg towards the end of next week.

Sadly I can't help you on the thinner issue - I am still searching myself for a source of good, clean auto thinners
