Hello, my name is Joshua and I am new to this forum. The reason I joined was because you all seem to have a pretty good knowledge of Minis and I thought you could help me out. My 1976 Mini 1275GT isn't starting. I was working on the interior yesterday and I decided to start the car to let it run because I do not use it to drive around town yet. But then all of a sudden, the car just turned off. It didn't putt-out or anything, its as if someone simply turned off the car. I checked the sparkplugs and they don't seem to be sparking. The distribut cables all seem to be plugged in and all, but I have no idea what else it could be. Can anyone help me please???

Re: My Mini GT isn't starting (Hello BTW!)
Whoops! It turns it out was my fuse. It was burnt out in a spot that was difficult to see
.Anywho, does anyone else here have a 1275GT? |

Re: My Mini GT isn't starting (Hello BTW!)
I imported my old '79 1275GT from NZ to the Midwest recently. It gets lots of looks driving around town and is quick of the line (a great thumbs up to being a little dwarfed by the many SUVs on the road).
The roads around here could do with some repair!!! |
