85 gran Marquis idle circut problem?

Hey got a 85 gran marquis, 302 with TBI, runs good except someties the idle speed control will just kick off and the car will die, I followed the bluish colored Vac line to a soloniod of some kind, all the vac lines look ok and connected, but once in a while the idle with just drop off and the car will die? anyone have any suggestions to what could be causing it? it also doesnt matter if the ac is on or not, if its running i can watch the idle speed control kick down , and the engine will idle low and die, but it also doesnt not do this all the time.. only once in a while?

If its a solenoid that controls the idle speed, check the wiring connections for looseness and corrosion. Solenoid may also be bad?
