How to Remove cam Pully on 2.0 Z-tech that has oil&spring sprocket

Hi im trying to remove cams from 1998 contour with 2.0 ztech vtc one has torq bit the other has a what it think is oil reservoir on the pulley. I removed the cap on the end and it has special socket witch looks like it is the end of the camshaft any help would be apreciated!
