Re: Which Rims?

I like the chrome lip, it adds a nice touch to an otherwise all black car. I do see the appeal of chrome but my friend is getting deepdish chromes on his new black GT, so I might stick with black. If I do get chrome, I don't want a lot of chrome. I like the Z06 wheels that a lot of camaros have.

Re: Which Rims?

Deepdish is the worst type of rims.. they never look good unless you're putting some pretty big racing tires on em and only for racing..

Re: Which Rims?

Yeah, he said he was getting 20" rims too. I haven't seen them yet, but he has similar taste in car stuff as I do, so we'll see. I think they'll turn out ok. I think 10x20 rear and 8.5-9x20 in front.

By the way, what's the widest I can go on tires for my 94Z without any extra modifications (ie spacers) and keeping the front and rear the same dimensions?

Re: Which Rims?

Rally, if I understand your post correctly, I could go 9.5x18 in the front and 11x18 in the rear?

Why would the 17" tire in the rear be 20mm larger than the 18" in the rear?

Re: Which Rims?

Today I saw a set of black wheels with chrome centercaps and the chrome lip. Unfortuanately, they were on a black cobalt, but still looked interesting.
