fill tube blockage?

I have a 2000 with a 3800. When I try to fuel up,it backs up the fill tube like the tank is full.It Takes me about 15 min. to fill up.It started doing this a several months ago but has gotten worse in the last two weeks.Anyone else have this problem?It would not be that big of a deal but I use it to deiver mail and have to fill up every day.

Check the tank vent tube for a kink or blockage, the one coming off the filler neck.
