i30 bose stero with aftermarket deck will it work

I have a 96 i30 with bose stero and the deck broke so can I put an aftermarket one in that will work with the bose speakers.

as the bose speakers all have their own amps built into the speakers
unless u can get a low output head unit

From what i gatherd from working at a electronic store is that yes it can be replaced. You either have to get a head unit that will work with the bose system, which i think is only bose or you have to bypass each amp. I think you might be able to use the old speakers with a resistor in series with the speakers, or going to have to get new speakers. Either way it will work. I just think that going through all that trouble in bypassing each amp it would be worth it to just change the speakers. I did that an a 93 maxima that i had with the bose system.
