failed smog what went wrong with 15mph?
well heres my numbers I dont have a scann so I gonna do best i can

I had the same thing happen with my Accord when I tried to sell it.
It sounds like it's not burning the fuel enough at lower rpm's. I replaced the plugs, air filter, did an oil change, cap & rotor and added RxP additive. The results were awesome, my numbers were cut in half. The RxP fuel additive is in a little tiny red bottle and the web site says it reduces emmisions, I bought it Autozone.

nono NO is caused by not enough fuel..its leaning out and everything is new on car just about...I cant seem to figure this thing out!
