Been driving with NO oil!

In short, I've been driving with no oil for like a week and a half. The car was making a clacking sound, which I think is the piston (sounds like only one piston) because it gets faster as I accelerate. The car now stalls and the clacking gets very aggresive before it stalls, like as if somethng were falling off the engine. It's a 95 grand am. i put 3 quarts of oil in it and it barely drove for 2 days. Now the car is not drivable, it will stall, the clacking is at its worst. Is this car done? Should I have it towed to Pep Boys?
Thanks

Re: Been driving with NO oil!

OUCH! Piston slap/ Rod & main bearings and valve train are probably all trash.
Oil is cheap so why was the car driven in this condition to begin with? Also, idiot lights are highly unreliable so a simple oil pressure gauge (under $15) is cheap insurance against this happening again.
