Can i get swap info please?

I would like to take out 1990 Daytona's 2.5L N/A engine and swap it with a 3.0L V6 engine.

Ok, heres the questions:

1. Will i be able to use the same trans?
2. Are the motor mounts the same?
3. Is the V6 tbi, carb or mpi?
4. BIG QUESTION --- Is it worth it in horsepower?

The reason i want to swap is because the 2.5 is gutless and only has 90-100 psi per cylinder (dry test). I know with a set of rings and a hone job it would be fine... but its still gutless..lol

Would i be wiser to get a 2.2L turbo engine to swap in, or a 2.5L turbo engine to swap in, or (lol) put the 3.0L V6 into it?

The trans is an auto right now.... i would have no problem changing it to std though as the auto drains the life (hp) outta cars.
