Take a closer look and scrape some of the grease off the top of them, there should be zerks there.

I have a 98 blazer and i need to replace ball joints for first time with 150,000 miles, approximately how much will this cost in the shop, also my windshield wipers like to turn off while i'm driving, i have to give the motor by the windshield a whack with the tire iron and they turn on, its kinda funny whats the deal with that?? thanks

You need a pulse module for your wiper motor. Solder joints on the board crack and cause that condition.
As for the price of your ball joints I would say about 70 bucks per ball joint and about 3-4 hrs. labor. Just multiply your towns going shop rate to get the total labor.
