Actually, there were some weak 4 cylinder fox bodies. My friend had one briefly and it would just up and die for no reason then get going again. He sold it to some kid who wrecked a GT and his mommy bought that one for him because it was a mustang... haha.

I can't believe the 5.0 GT only has 220hp. Is that to the wheels?

I like the 3/S... especially the Stealth R/T

Re: 95 3000gt vs 89 mustang gt

Last week this guy that was a passenger in a dodge ram started talking to me at a light (on the busiest and most cop infested street in town) and right before it turned green he held up a beer and said "have a good one." Then me, my friend, and the two guys in the truck all started laughing. He looked mexican too

the 4 cyl in most cases was actually pretty reliable. and has quite a lot of potential. ever heard of the SVO mustang? anyway, the 5.0 did make 225 at the crank, which is one of the reasons that they take so well to mods. what makes it so fun is that it still have loads of torque and since the car itself is lighter than recent mustangs it still is pretty quick with simple upgrades, like a nice set of 3.55s in the back.

The 3/S platform is currently poised for world domination. We have memebers strategically spaced to take over key areas around the world. We are known only as "THEY".

Yeah but what other group of car owners do you know can drop a tranny and do a repair in the middle of a race? Were like NASCAR man, any gathering of 3/S owners will look like a pit crew.

Yeah they are so easy to make fast it should be illegal...That's what i love about e'm hehe. Sure they don't handle real well but if all your intrested in is straight line stuff (like me) then foxbodies are very good car to go with. My next favorite would be the 99-04 stangs.
