Cool 89 Mazda 2200 No Power to Starter

Hey guys,
Hopefully one of you wonderfull people may help me.

I have no power to my starter when I turn key. I am able to push start her, and she runs great after started.
I checked the alternator, battery, main fuse, all the wires look good.
When the truck is running, the starter will engage and work. So I don't believe it's the ignition or the starter.
I'm just not getting power from battery to the starter.
What is in between the battery and the starter, that could go bad and cauze this?
Could it be a regulator or a fuse I'm missing?

Please help

When you turn the key to the on position do you hear a click from the front right side of the truck? If not you have a bad starter solenoid switch. Little round gizmo that piggybacks on top of the starter and energizes the starter so it will turn over the engine. BJ

Turns out, it was the battery.
LOL the battery was the first thing I had checked. I guess the kid that tested it was baked or something. Two weeks of reserching and tinkering.
Oh well the 2200 rides again! Yeeee Hawwww!

Another common cause is a loose, corroded, or bad ground wire.

I had a problem getting my left turn signal to work. Turned out that the ground on the tire well was corroded. I lubed it up and it works great!
