Sexual predator too short for prison

i heard about this on the news also. it's a terrible decisionon the judge's behalf. send the freak to jail and let him experience what it must have been like for the 12 year old. Most child molesters in jail are not taken to very well at all. then you add on that he is only like 5 feet tall and he would be like a little kid in the yard. who gives a fuck, let him get what he deserves. the child is never going to be the same, so why should the short man?

Liberal/conservative has nothing to do with it. He was convicted of the crime. The judge said he's too short to go to prison so he's currently out. THAT is not right, regardless of political leanings.

I never said it was right. Personally I think we should take a buck knife and cut off his you know whats. If he doesn't have them it's kind of hard to commit the crime

The problem with that solution is that when predators are deprived of their equipment, they substitute other objects for what they don't have, like knives and clubs. Not a savory image. (and not to mention that human rights advocates would be all over it in a sickening PC demonstration, once again forgetting about the real victims)

Because its a pretty good bet a liberal judge is biased towards the "rights" of the criminal rather than exercising his or her duty to serve justice.

Yep human rights mean that you can't do shit to them. It used to mean treat them humanely and don't punish them medevil style. Now it's like putting a rapist in jail for 5 years is too damn much. Then they get pressured by their buddies at their liberal fringe groups like the ACLU and PETA. This woman was facing 70 years in prison for animal neglect when she had like 60 animals and they didn't get all their water and food they needed. A guy can rape little kids and get less than that. Don't get me wrong animal abuse is bad but is it really bad but since when did they come before humans?
