97 Sebring Stuck rear window

My Right side rear window is not moving, it sounds like there is power between the switch and the motor but I cant really tell because I cant get the panel off. So my real question is how do I get the rear interior panel off to check the motor. Also any help with verifying the problem would be greatly appreciated.
