Hello all! I'm new here and glad I found you guys! ^^
I have a 1998 2.0 beetle manual trans and I was wondering what the problem my Bug may be having.. I'm not a technical car person.. So I'll try to describe it to you guys. The engine light is on.. and I have yet to bring it to a Mechanic for it's light being on THIS time.. lol
Everytime I am driving along in my precious beetle, then it jerks around like it's about to stall, but it doesn't, and if I press the gas nothing happens and then it jumps forward a little and keeps driving along.. only to do it again sometime later during the drive. Making it a very bumping ride sometimes.
I was wondering if you guys knew what this could be so I could direct the mechanic towards looking at that. So maybe I don't get charged a bunch. Thanks ^^
