thinking about going with a V8

I was wondering how much modification you will need to do to drop in a 305 throttle body injected into my 94 sonoma 4x4 4.3L.Will I have to change the computer,fan setup,radiator,air intake,.......ETC.Anybody here actually do this before?My truck is a 5 Speed manual so I figgure that will fit ok,any input would be great.
