A little eye candy from the group gathering

We had a group gathering from another forum(performancetrucks.net) this weekend, and here's a few pics for you guys. There's some really good looking and fast trucks in the south. Unfortunately, my truck is still plagued with tranny problems at the moment, so I just threw the spray on the SS. Anywho here are some pics, as well as a few vids.

Re: A little eye candy from the group gathering

My car and a few of my buddies car in attendance. Also a pic of my nitrous install at midnight.

This was the only response I could come up with when the camera man ask me what I thought about putting the spray on my daily driver ss......

Cool deal, Nice looking group of trucks. What’s wrong with your transmission? What’s your best quarter mile time? Where are the videos?

Vids will be up in just a minute. Third in the tranny is gone. I had it sent off and supposedly rebuilt, but it came back in about the same condition. I best 1/4 mile time on motor is a 12.40@106mph. I don't have a 1/4 time on the nitrous yet, but it did run a 7.40@93 in the 1/8th. That was on the little 3000 stall converter and 26" slicks. I'm now on a 3800 stall and some 28" tires now. Really looking for 11.20s when the tranny gets back right.

The SS went 12.74@110 on the 75 shot. Not bad for a stock car on spray.

What part of Mississippi is Cleveland? I have family in (near) Hattisberg. (Probably spelled that wrong.) Also, hows the deer hunting in your area?
Thanks,
Joe

I'm about 2.5 hours North of Hattiesburg. The deer hunting here is some of the best in the U.S. We have a huge population and the deer grow pretty decent. The last one I killed had a 21" spread and went alittle over 200lb(probably never top that one. )
