Any Civic owners in PA ??

I have a 99 EX and wanted to know the laws up in PA since you have to get the car inspected every year. I'm moving from MD and down here we dont have to go through all that.

Anyone who lives in PA please tell me what I can do to my civic without worrying about it not passing every year. I really wanna start doing some things to it....need some ideas.
