GM buyers get cheap gas

GM has a clever new promotion. In California and Florida they're offering customers of large SUVs and select mid-size cars a gas card which will let customers buy gasoline for only $1.99 a gallon. The card is good until the end of 2007. It sounds like a great deal. It won't hurt residual values like conventional incentives but it'll get people in the showroom. And who won't want to pay only $1.99 a gallon for gas, especially as we head into hurricane season! If only it were available throughout North America.

Here's the full story.

Re: GM buyers get cheap gas

That should definitely work for GM. It won't work as well though, because there are alot of people that don't like American companies.
