what halo lights are best?

hey guys
on ebay i'm about to buy dual halo headlights for 00 civic SiR going for $100
when here they are $275, now my question is has anyone bought stuff like that on ebay? and is it worth it? (with shipping and all comes to about $158). Is there a name brand halo light that is good?

ive heard bad things about them, such as them burning out easily, but still, im going to purchase them off of ebay, i think that the money you can save vs the risk is worth at least a try. shall find out i guess

I would go with the TYC Projectors. I bought some Ebay ones and within a month they burnt out. The tiny board that the LED's actually mount to, was rusted. However, if you were to buy the Ebay's... I would first put a nice bead of clear silicon around the entire edge to insure proper sealing. Might help them to last longer with water not getting in there.
