i'd say get her a surfboard rack for the IS but it won't look right or if you had a bigger budget you could just buy her a surfboard but just get her something like a bracelet with her name engraved on it and somethin like happy sweet 16 on the back + i'll be watchin out for you on tv if my sister makes me watch that freakin "sweet 16" show on mtv again

Take her skydiving! She would never forget that. It's better than pampering her. And you said she's cool.
I think tint is a bad idea. You're already putting a 16 yr old girl into a $35,000 car. The last thing you need to do is obstruct her vision or put some huge shades on her face or disorient her with a loud stereo.
