fender roll and pull

is "fender roll and pull" when u widen the fender?? if not what is it

Not sure about the "pull" part, but rolling is when you take the inner lip of the fender and bend it in so that its flush with the rest of the fender, giving you more tire clearance.

Pulling the fenders makes a larger diameter wheel well as well as widen it.
