Antifreeze hoses

Ive done some searching but to no avail of such a specific answer. I have a second coolant leak on one of the lower coolant hoses. Ive replaced one already a few weeks ago. My question is should you replace all these hoses with new clamps when taking the turbo/manifold/o2 housing out? or can you just reuse them. Are these hoses a common problem? I have not read any complaints though.

Re: Antifreeze hoses

I reused mine but if yours look bad or have slits in them then replace them

Re: Antifreeze hoses

I reused the same clamps, no biggie, they're metal, they're fine. I also noticed a huge bubble starting to form on my upper radiator hose, so I replaced the upper and lower, pretty common problem.

Re: Antifreeze hoses

When I installed my hard intake pipe i must have moved one of the coolant lines that run under my manifold. Cuz the next day that line had a hole burned into it!! So i had to replace that one.

Re: Antifreeze hoses

I know greddy makes a braided stainless kit for about $your soul. I bet some other companies sell them too i've just never really looked into them.

Re: Antifreeze hoses

The rubber ones work fine, and they aren't expensive at all.

I replaced all the clamps in my gsx considering they are way old. But if your clamps look and function fine, no reason to replace them,
