rear bumper removal

I have a 1993 jgc,4.0 4x4,143,000, rear bumper is damaged and would like to replace.How do I remove the bumper brackets ,with the factory trailer hitch? Bumper bracket has stud for trailer hitch hanging through frame for hitch.any ideas greatly appreciated.Thanks
