99 duratec turbo available??
ive kinda looked around online and didn't see a kit so to speak for a turbo to go onto my 99 sable duratec, does one exists or do i need to buy individual pieces and build my own headers??

I know there is one person that tried it from the Taurus Club. Didn't turn out to well. There aren't any turbos available for these cars, but with enough time and money, someone can probably rig something up.

not to toot my own horn or brague but im an auto tech, and when we get board at work interesting things happen to our cars... but something ive learned from my s 10 small block swap, is if there is a kit with some of the problems worked out, buy them, its less cost effective, but it saves a lot of time... thanks for the info, i didn't think one was made, but i though i would ask the experts

a contour forum could probably offer more help since they swap the taurus duratec into their cars all the time and some people there have successfully turbocharged them.
There has never been a commercially available turbo kit for the 3.0 Duratec.
