F2005 and mp4/20 1/24 scale
THESE ARE IN 1/24
MANY HOURS SPENT FOR TONS OF ADJUSTMENT TO REALIZE F2005 IN SPA GP AND MP4/20 IN JAPAN GP. Looking good. I just recently picked up the Revell MP4/20 and know it requires a lot of work to get anywhere close to accurate. Things like adding the cocpit side fins like you've done. Bravo!

Yes,they are from revell.This is my 5th revell's kit.I'don't like'em cause the plastic is no good(no sandable plastic,i mean).I usually prefer tameo 1/43........(look other post).
The small flap was soldered and joined into the plastic main flap. The nose was sanded into the top and the bottom was redesigned into the corret form. The original box nose was from f2004M and f2005 presentation. The side panels was scratchbuild from evergreen sheet,i cut in the top(3 cuts for side),lightly fold'em into the inside(look real car) then i apllied revell cf decal(baaadd!!I will put scale motorsport decals).For last i put brass pins into main rear flap cause i made holes for regulations like real panel. P.S. note that the wheels are not form revell but from tameo 1/24 kit.They has the corret form. I hope u like.ce ya.

Very nice work and I admire you patience with Revell 1/24th F1 cars :-) Looks like I might have to make the move to them if I want to model anything thats raced this millennium.

Hi flight and all
I have the F2005 by Revell to start. For the first view i made about the kit, it seems that front wheels are fix it (won't turn) right? Did you change that? If so could you tell me what you do? Thanks alot Miguel Portugal

indeed it is really an outstanding build! maybe you should try to shape it into a f248! i'm looking forward to ur further progress! come on don't let us wait!
