I dont know if the '94 is in a different place then the '99. Mine is in the cargo area on the drivers side. There is a small compartment there for it.

On my '97 it is also on the driver's side rear, behind a plastic panel. Wish they could have hid the spare tire the same way.....Big honkin' thing blocking the rear window and in the way of the tailgate.
Oh, and your windshield wash tank for the back window might be behind that same panel.

solve all problems and jsut mount i high lift jack to the top of the luggage rack...lol
