Rear captain seats/throttle body

The other day i was talking to one of my buddies who has a Toyota Tacoma and he was telling me that he saw a tacoma with captain seats in the back. I was thinking if it would be possible in the cherokee. I'm sure i would have to make some mounting brackets and get some kind of carpet to cover but i would really enjoy this. Has anyone ever done this? If you have reply and tell me how hard it was. I also was thinking about buying a new throttle body and header. From what i've read I think that the Banks header and torque tube is the best header but I cant decide which throttle body to get. Which throttle body should i get?

Re: Rear captain seats/throttle body

Hey there!

The captain seat idea sounds kinda cool, I've never seen it myself, I'll be watching for responses. A guy could put a center console between them...

As for the throttle body, if you have an ounce of mechanical ability, you can bore your own. I did, and it works great. Find the instructions here:

Good luck!
