Coolant Leak behind Water Pump '92, 3.3

I hope someone can help me with this. On my "93, Century, 3.3, Right behind the Water Pump is a coolant hose, it has like an "S" shape, there was a leak coming from that hose, or so I thought. Once the motor had cooled down, I went to feel that hose, and turns out the hose wasn't leaking at all, there is a nipple I guess you would call it that goes into the block right behind the water pumo that the hose was attached too. It seems that the actual fitting was cracked, and is now broken off. Has anyone had to replace this piece before? If so, what is it called, where would I get it, and is it something i can fix myself? I really need the car for work, and I'm at a loss, any help GREATLY appreciated, thanks
