How does the PVC valve work on the Supercharged Riv’s?
How does the PVC valve work on the Supercharged Riv’s?
The GM factory service manual is really lame on diag and operation. Natrually aspired engine intakes have vacuum. The PVC valve is made to bleed crankcase fumes into the intake for burning. However, the ’97 Riv-SC has an intake that is pressurized. The PVC valve is in the housing. So, how’s the thing work? |

Not sure if you found your answer or not...but it's PCV, not PVC.
