b18c5 (w00t for pics!)

i will like to start off by completing the story.....

jeremy sold his yellow b16 si. a customer is having us yank his b20/vtec out of his 96 civic and dropping into a 90 si. my d16y8 is now going into his 96 and being sold. since i don't have a y8 and jeremy doesn't have a car, he is now the "owner" of the red 89 si and i am waiting to build my super sleeper daily driver. since it's his car now i told him do what he wanted. the air was yanked out (no i'm not selling it, DEREK ) and we dropped a new engine in...

this is what happens when shiney parts arrive before the axels...

that is not paint, a whole lot of polishing

and this is what happens when they finally arrive...

polishing hits and instant stop...LMAO

new parts list:
z10 (should arrive next week)
b18c5 ITR engine with LSD tranny
HASport mounts
HASport linkage
HASport hydro to cable conversion
HASport axels

his fiber images CF hood is going on the car and i think some black rims w/polished lip. but thats okay because i'm keeping my enkei's and air system.

Re: b18c5 (w00t for pics!)

that swap looks beautiful amy..and i hate you for it lol..but oh well im just jealous cuz all i can afford is my b16 swap, which by the way is still not here. I ordered it last tues and they shipped it yesterday so i doubt ill be able to put it in this weekend. i think now im just gonna work on takin the engine out and getting everything clean and ready for the new engine since its supposed to arrive either monday or tues..did your header meet up with your exhaust fine cuz i have a test pipe in and i ordered a jdm polished dc header and hope itll meet up.

Re: b18c5 (w00t for pics!)

there was an incident with my daughter + tire swing resulting in my knee being dislocated. I was in the middle of painting the new office so I could finally move my pc over. i've been accessing AF thru my treo after a weeks time I am giving into the frustration of loading time....

i'll be back hopefully soon to asnwer everybody's questions and replies.

w00t for a jacked up right knee, I can't drive the Civic or any car...not even AT. suXor
