3rd gear going

my 3rd gear is going. how easy is it to replace syncros. should i replace just 3rd gear syncros or replace all of them or say fuck it to the syncros and still bang 3rd gear all day long and get a new tranny when they are completly shot.

i'd look for a good deal on a spare tranny, and keep banging the crap outta third until it lets go then pop in your spare.

i have the same problem. However i try to shift where i can catch a sweet spot so it doesnt grind.
