first time belt changer 91 Grand Marquis

I was driving down the highway today and lost power steering. When I stopped I found my hood steaming and boiling sounds coming from inside.

I noticed that I was missing a belt. It was the one closest the front and right in the middle, looks to be about 4 gears are now bare and one of them is connected to the fan.

I know this is a silly question for more seasoned folks but... I have never changed a belt before, I know its not tough and I know that it is volumes cheaper to do it myself.

So the three questions I have are... which belt is this exactly? how do I change it? and is there a diagram somewhere that would help me to know the parts a bit better while I do?
