Question TH-350 Kickdown

Could someone tell me exactly where to tighten the kickdown or the passing gear cable on the carb. I just changed to a holley and dont know exactly where to link it at. I know it is connected below the throttle cable I just dont know how tight or loose to install the small nut for the bracket.
